On July 19 Eat Stress for Lunch and Love It!


We know stress is everywhere. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if one day these times become known the “Stress Age”.

Getting used to stress is one thing. Understanding the real cause and how to minimize the physical, mental and emotional impact of it is quite another.

We will explore ways to love it or use it to clear our way forward.


This is a great Friday evening workshop everyone can attend to enjoy a very special visiting teacher, Krishna Kaur, and her wonderful presence and yogic wisdom!
